Let me begin by saying that I seldom do this. Where to begin, as you know your technician, Will, worked on my irrigation unit yesterday which unfortunately for me needed more repairing than anticipated. Nevertheless, 
Will was patient, polite, professional and personable. His knowledge of the trade, confidence and calm demeanor were obvious. He worked tirelessly throughout his stay and even did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

"Janel, your 'Dave and Will' crew left a little while ago. I want to say I am very pleased with the work they have done. Even with complications such as extra valves (15 zones; 18 valves, three with wires not connected at the controller) they were able to quickly sort things out. A new vacuum breaker, two boxes with new valves, some broken pipes repaired, some moved/added/replaced heads, a host of minor adjustments, and I believe I am well prepared for the Summer.
